Shipping policy

At this time we do not offer flat rate shipping on our products due to the unique nature, size and various different weights of our times. It may not be possible to put all items in a one size fits all box. As we continue to grow and collect more consumer data on the items we sell and ship, we will work to make shipping costs more transparent and cheaper.

For orders consisting of multiple items, orders may ship in one or more boxes via ground shipping. Items may be consolidated into a single box if all are in stock at the time of shipping. Larger orders consisting of different sizes or oversized packages and/or weights may ship via freight to keep shipping costs down. 

We hand pack and inspect all packaging before shipping to ensure that your order is shipped undamaged and complete. Unfortunately, sometimes damage occurs during transport. We therefore instruct that you always count all products upon receipt and check them for damage. If you have received a damaged product, please report this to us immediately via email or phone. If you would like to file a warranty claim for items that are not meeting your standards, please email or call us. Additionally, you will be requested to provide any supporiting imagery for your claim.

If your shipment is delivered to the incorrect address or is lost/stolen during transit, we will open a claim with the carrie

Once the claim is closed and your shipment is in fact lost or sent to the wrong address, we will issue you a replacement or a refund, depending on current item availability. If the shipping carrier confirms that your shipment was sent to the correct address, we will unfortunately be unable to issue a replacement or refund. 

We are not responsible for any stolen packages and heavily advise that you keep updated with your tracking information to ensure that you will be able to receive the delivery upon its anticipated delivery date.

We are not responsible for any shipments that are sent to the incorrect address as entered by you at the time of order placement. We are also not responsible for any shipments or shipment charges send back to use due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the customers sole responsibility to provide us with the correct and valid shipping address and information prior to us shipping your product(s).
