Warranty

In the event that your item(s) is/are severely damaged or lost in transit we will send you a replacement free of charge. If said item(s) is/are no longer in stock we will issue you a full or partial refund depending on replacement item availability, within 3 to 5 business days, once approved, at our discretion. We must be notified of any damages or issues with your product within 72 hours of receiving it. Please be sure to include your order number along with photos of your original packaging materials in order for us to issue your replacement

We hand pack and inspect all packaging before shipping to ensure that your order is shipped undamaged and complete. Unfortunately, sometimes damage occurs during transport. We therefore instruct that you always count all products upon receipt and check them for damage. If you have received a damaged product, please report this to us immediately via email or phone. If you would like to file a warranty claim for items that are not meeting your standards, please email or call us. Additionally, you will be requested to provide any supporiting imagery for your claim.

  • any other documents from which it can be deduced that the products supplied by us and the rejected products are identical, such as an order confirmation.

 

Pot Warranty
We offer a 5-year warranty as standard on all of our pots. Some items deviate from this, for example the straw pot collection, which has a 2-year warranty. The warranty period is indicated for each product.

 

Plant Warranty
All of our plants are guaranteed for 14 days after the date of receipt. If you are having an issue with your plants and your order was placed within the last 14 days, please provide us with the following information through email:

  • photos of the plant and positioning in your home
  • description of the problem
  • order number
